At the Tour de Tirol-Trailrunning Camp last weekend the participants could prepare themselves mentally for the courses and they got some tipps from the champs.

Together with Charlotte de Wilde (Winner 2021), Florian Beck and Armin Zorn from the Scott-Running Team we run parts of the race-courses. Armin and Flo took a special look on some difficult parts, which will be good to know in 3 weeks ...
