COURSE

The Pölven Trail covers approximately 23 kilometers with 1,274 meters of elevation gain, offering a varied running experience on forest roads, gravel paths, and trails. The route follows sections of the Pölven loop trail, passing the Häring Waterfall and continuing to the Bad Häring quarry (with live music by the Bad Häring Miners’ Brass Band). The course then climbs to the highest point of the Pölven Trail, the Juffinger Jöchl (1,181 m). Afterward, it descends steeply toward the Lengauer Chapel, continues along the Sunnseitweg to the Franzlhof, and finally leads downhill back to the finish line.
